Our resident yoga specialist Kate has been practicing yoga for over 7 years and has completed the Dru Yoga Teacher Diploma qualification in 2016.
 
Dru Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to your personal needs.
 
Classes include activations, postures, pranayama and relaxation techniques. Uniquely, Dru uses flowing movements with elements of tai chi.
 
Kate has a wealth of holistic knowledge which comes across in her teaching
and is confident she will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed, ready for
anything!
 
Kate specialises in teaching small group classes or offering private classes.
