Counselling offers a safe time and space in which to talk air concerns and reflect. Prompting, in the form of gentle questions, can help people look at issues in new ways and identify options for change. A Counsellor is trained to ask the most appropriate questions and provide a non-judgmental environment in which to share and grow.
Added forms of communication include art therapy, psycho-education and specific trauma reducing techniques. These are addressed to help with a range of challenges, from depression and low self-esteem to addiction, emotional challenges, family disputes, and some psychiatric disorders.
