Kickstart 2019 with our Weight Loss Nutrition Boot Camp

Overindulged over the Christmas holidays? Don't worry you are not the only one!

If your goal or New Years resolution is to lose weight, get healthy without doing these fad diets that only show short term results then you might be interested to learn more about our Weight loss boot camp.

The weight loss boot camp concentrates on nutritious foods to burn excess fat, rather than using diet pills that could be harmful to your health.

Salma is running a weight loss boot camp every Tuesday evening at the Aston clinic from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

During each session you will be provided with the following:

  • Weekly weight loss advice & tips 
  • Weekly healthy recipes 
  • Weekly weigh-in & motivation 

The bootcamp is only £8 per session, but if you know anyone that would like to attend with you, we are also offering 'duet sessions' for £6.50 each.

You will also recieve a reduction if you book a block of six sessions at £41
